We are building the future of small business and simplifying cashflow by building a leading platform that helps customers make payments, fund growth and reduce admin. **The role**: As a Product Manager at Prospa, reporting to the Principal Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping how we use data to make customer experiences personal and drive our growth. You'll lead the data product roadmap, transforming customer insights into powerful solutions. Your main goal will be to enhance decision-making through automation, making our processes more efficient and scalable. You'll use key metrics to guide our strategy and ensure we deliver lasting value to both our business and our customers. **What you'll will be doing**: - As a Product expert, you'll utilise our customer and campaign management tools to achieve better business results. - Identifying and showcasing how our data tools can shape product strategies and solve key business challenges. - Partnering with other Product Managers and stakeholders to find ways to use data for process improvements and value creation. - Identifying key data elements to be collected, or sources that we can acquire, assess their integrity and fit for purpose - Effectively driving change management & operationalisation of data outputs and capabilities to ensure effective adoption and maximise value. **What you'll need to succeed**: - Proven experience in data and product management, ideally in financial services or another data-rich field. - Proven experience in agile product management, leading cross-functional scrum teams. - In-depth understanding of data pipelines, including ingestion, modeling, and analytics. - Proven ability to deliver in fast paced environment coupled with and experimentation mindset. - Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive value. - Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. **What we offer**: As a busy grow getter, our benefits are here to help you be unstoppable in your mission.
