**Summary**
- The Lucky Lakes Operations Business Manager will drive sales and profit through strategic management of operations, whilst developing and inspiring the growth of our people. This individual will empower our people to achieve The Business Plan through effective leadership, coaching and business planning.
- The Lucky Lakes supervisor will directly report to the Business Manager.
- **Key Responsibilities and Tasks of this Role**
**QSC and Sales Building**
- Lead a team of Assistant RM’s/Restaurant Managers to deliver outstanding QSC&V to McDonald’s customers.
- Coach and develop Restaurant and Department Managers on critical restaurant systems, leveraging RDM as the primary organisational design methodology.
- Ensure operational standards that deliver consistently high levels of QSC are met.
- Analyse each restaurant’s sales drivers, creating long term objectives to optimise QSC and sales growth.
- Ensure that national promotions and new business initiatives are effectively executed by each restaurant in the Patch.
- Ensure that each restaurant has an ongoing Five Point Sales Plan in place.
**People**
- Ensure that all legislative and McDonald’s people obligations are met in all restaurants in the patch.
- Responsible for restaurant level succession planning; ensuring diversity and equitable decision making - Working closely with each RM.
- Responsible for performance management and development of all Restaurant Managers with the Business Manager.
- Conduct regular Communication Days with Restaurant management teams to provide advice, recommendations and direction on individual performance and development and Restaurant/Department performance.
- Deals with people issues escalated by the Restaurant Manager, in consultation with the Business Manager and Employee Relations Team.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels, in all restaurants, to maximise sales potential.
- Support the Business Manager in Implementing employee engagement initiatives, to ensure alignment and high performance.
**Business Results and ROIP**
- Accountable for the business results of the Patch.
- Effectively manage and achieve a Benchmark PAC level across the Organisation.
- Manage ROIP for each restaurant in the Patch; co-developing action plans and improvements where required.
- Consult to Restaurant and Department Managers to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives.
**Workplace Safety**
- Ensure that all legislative and McDonald’s Workplace Safety obligations are met in all restaurants in the Patch.
- Manage rehabilitation and return to work plans in consultation with the Injury Management Coordinator.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of Food Safety Standards across the Organisation

Salary

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
