Our client, Essence Enterprises Solution Pty Ltd trading as Web 99 is an Australian-owned digital solutions provider specialising in website development, mobile and web app development, SEO and digital marketing, CRM systems, and maintenance services.

The company provides end-to-end services for businesses across Australia, with a client base spanning dental, retail, professional, and service industries.

Essence Enterprises Solution Pty Ltd (Web 99) is seeking to fill a full-time position for a skilled and experienced ICT Business Analyst. The ICT Business Analyst supports our strategic delivery of end to end digital products, propelling productivity and market impact.

This role is critical to our continued growth by ensuring strong alignment between client business needs and digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, quality of service, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least Five years of full time relevant work experience in a similar industry is required.

In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with users and clients to elicit and document business and system requirements in clear, actionable formats.
• Analyse existing business processes and workflows within client organisations to identify inefficiencies and recommend improved digital solutions.
• Develop project plans, scope documentation, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies, using project management methodologies.
• Define, develop and implement system test plans to ensure quality and integrity of delivered solutions.
• Prepare user manuals, training documentation, and deliver formal training to stakeholders or client teams.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and liaise closely with developers to guide development and testing.
• Utilise data and process modelling techniques to articulate system design and behaviour.
• Act as a central point of contact in system decision-making processes, providing guidance across project teams, clients, and developers.
• Working with users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Identifying, investigating and analysing business processes, practices and inefficiencies; recommending improvements.
• Using project management principles to develop project plans, cost and resource estimation, and management.
• Deploying functional solutions, including adoption and implementation of system test plans.
• Using data and process modelling techniques to generate clear system specifications.

Skills
You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical language to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
• Competency in business process modelling and requirements documentation, using UML, BPMN or similar tools.
• Experience writing training materials and facilitating user training sessions.
• Time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
