Marketing Manager

Our client has completed many projects, and have a combined experience of over 50 years in the building industry. They pride themselves on continued growth and building strong relationships with their customers and partners.

As a developer and builder, our client oversees all aspects of the development process, including: feasibility analysis, site acquisition, concept and design detail, authority approvals, quality control reviews, construction management, marketing and sales. From vision to completion, our commitment is reflected in our achievements, customer focus and dedication.

**Your new role**

As Marketing Manager your duties and responsibilities will include but not limit to:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the organisations products services.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preference, as well as to evaluate the competition.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Managing the creation of marketing collateral.
- Tracking and analysing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working within the construction/volume building industry.
- Applicable marketing qualification (is preferred).
- Previous experience working at a similar level.
