
Robotics Sales Specialist

Our Robotics Sales Specialist will be a high potential salesperson with a flair for robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies.
A customer facing role with wide ranging sales and pre-sales responsibilities, undertake prospecting activities to generate leads, visit customer sites and build relationships with customers to develop and close sales opportunities and further manage the accounts looking for repeat sales opportunities. The role also carries the responsibility of planning and executing proof of concepts in customer environments within the sales territory.
**Requirements**:
- Develop a territory plan including a list of target accounts within sales territory.
- Prospecting (including the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social channels) to generate sales leads within target accounts, especially FMCG and F&B industry.
- Use Konica Minolta’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage all customer interactions.
- Deep understanding of business requirements to ensure solution can meet customers’ needs.
- Prepare proposals for customers and tender submissions.
- Know the market, competitors, industries for the new product.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in the buying process including key decision makers, including relationships at senior management levels.

- A strong technical background to assess and articulate the customers' needs to solutions team
- Somebody who can offer our portfolio of products and solutions to contribute to leading the market
**Required Skills/Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
