**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise, manage, and troubleshoot our **Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud** environments.
- Identify and fix technical issues or inconsistencies in **Sales Cloud** workflows and configurations.
- Develop and implement improvements to enhance system performance, user experience, and data accuracy.
- Set up and automate workflows and customer journeys.
- Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and tools used by the sales and marketing teams.
- Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of **future projects involving artificial intelligence**.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with **Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud**.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and system optimisation.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce technical issues.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and enhancements.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like Meta, Google, or Zapier is a plus.
