NUV Petroleum is a multi-site operator with over 50 locations across Australia, mainly focused on delivering quality fuel and customer services with high quality standards.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator (Business Development) to join our team. Working under the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with various internal & external clients on design requirements to plan and execute multiple construction projects, which includes new sites and remodeling for takeovers sites
- Scheduling and monitoring procurement of materials to meet assigned deadlines for individual projects
- Developing a list of reliable vendors for items needed for the business development team
- Organizing essential sketches and 3D documentation for directors, builders, and stakeholders by coordinating with external designers & architects
- Maintaining a task sheet of projects to track the progress for a timely & accurate understanding of tasks and reporting to the director
- Project Managing multiple sites to accomplish the final product under given circumstances
- Assisting in determining the remodeling schedule required for the portfolio of fuel stations and other realty projects of the NUV Group
- Various Ad Hoc duties as required by the business including readiness to coordinate weekly meetings with the business development team to enable effective communication and synchronization in the team

Desired Qualities and Experience:

- Relevant experience in client management - both internal and external to the organization
- Construction background or similar experience preferable
- Friendly and collaborative approach in working with both smaller/larger groups of people
- Analytical thinker and problem solver along with the ability to take instructions accurately
- Good communicator and approachable attitude with an ability to gather accurate & current information/updates of the field
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective time management including pre-planning schedules and meeting content

Essential Skills Required:

- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Project Manager software in addition to PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of CAD files
- Effective production of presentations and reports

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
