**The Position**

**St John of God Hawkesbury District Health Service** **is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding areas. We provide 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services, and after hour GP services. Our 131-bed healthcare facility is operated by St John of God Health Care, and provides public patient services under a public-private partnership with the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.

We are currently seeking a **Dietitian** **(Grade 1/2)** who will work alongside the Multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical nutrition and dietetic services to clients/patients using advanced clinical practice skills.

Working as a **Dietitian** you will work alongside the team to provide clinical nutrition and dietetic services to clients/patients using evidence based clinical practice skills. You will ensure practice is in accordance to the Dietitians Australia (DA) _Professional Standards and Code of Conduct_ and SJGHC policies and guidelines.

We are offering this position on a **permanent part-time** position, working **8 hours** per week. Days of work will be negotiated.

- Tertiary qualification in Dietetics and eligible for full membership with Dietitians Australia (DA) (formerly known as Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA)) and evidence of Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
