Scape’s existing Australian portfolio comprises 45 high quality assets located in the key education precincts of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth with ~19,000 operational beds and ~5,000 beds under development.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our website presence, optimising the user experience (UX), and improving digital campaign performance. You will work closely with our digital agency partners and Digital Marketing Manager to drive website improvements, manage A/B testing, resident portal, and contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will focus on:

- ** Website management**: Build and update website pages, ensuring they are optimised for SEO and UX.
- ** A/B Testing**: Conduct and analyse A/B tests to continuously improve website conversion rates.
- ** Resident Portal**:Support ongoing improvement of the resident portal for optimal user experience.
- ** Execution**:Assist in the execution of digital campaigns, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Community Manager and Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) and HTML/CSS for website editing.
- Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and optimising websites for conversion.
- Experience in SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, keyword research, and optimisation.
- Familiarity with portal management or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure and report on website performance.
