**The Job**:
We're looking for a talented Web Designer who can bring our vision to life through stunning web designs and implement them flawlessly in Webflow. This role is crucial in shaping our digital presence and user experience.

**What You Will Do**:

- Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs that align with our brand identity.
- Implement designs in Webflow, ensuring responsive and performant websites.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create cohesive user experiences across our digital platforms.
- Continuously improve and update our website based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and Webflow capabilities.

**What You Will Need**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Webflow, including complex interactions and animations.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize Webflow projects when needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
