**Job Description**:
Our Global Marketing Technology team is looking for a Web & Digital Production Specialist to based in Sydney CBD. In this key role you will be responsible for supporting our Global Website platform to create and publish content and support the delivery and management of our website admin training platform.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Create and publish content through Sitecore ‘s Content Management System (CMS)
- Manage the development of our Global Marketing website training platform and admin user training development program.
- Work closely with our Business Analysts to create documentation for new product features that are ready to deploy on country sites.
- Work closely with our regional digital leaders to implement and train CMS admin users on how to deploy new features on the country websites.
- Assist with website audit programs to ensure regions are adhering to high quality standards and best practice across the entire global website platform.
- Ensure ongoing operational excellence, governance, and best practices.
- Establish an effective working relationship with peers - both internal and external to Colliers.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- High level of knowledge of website Content Management Systems
- Ability to work with remote teams
- Sound knowledge of SharePoint online and all Microsoft 365 products
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with external suppliers, business, and development teams to manage the entire lifecycle of a platform
- Experience creating and managing organic web pages
