We are seeking a passionate and experienced **DBT Group Facilitator** to deliver our 10-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy group program. You will be responsible for co-facilitating weekly group sessions, supporting participant engagement, and contributing to a safe, therapeutic space that promotes growth and skill development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate weekly **2-hour DBT group therapy sessions** in-person or online
- Deliver core DBT modules (Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness)
- Collaborate with co-facilitators to prepare and review session content
- Foster a **safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed environment** for participants
- Maintain participant attendance and basic progress notes
- Communicate with the clinical team about participant needs or concerns
- Assist with onboarding and pre-group assessments if required
- Uphold ethical, cultural, and professional standards in line with relevant codes of practice.

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience delivering group therapy or psychoeducational programs
- Familiarity with DBT principles and group dynamics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care
- Current Police Check
- Professional indemnity insurance

**Desirable**
- Previous experience facilitating DBT or CBT-based groups
- Experience working with NDIS participants or in community mental health
- Flexibility to offer evening or weekend sessions (if required)
