We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitator/ Coach to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants, you will mentor and facilitate the program to create real opportunities.

This is a government initiated program, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services (ideal but not essential)
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills

**You should be able to demonstrate the following skills**:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
