Do you have a love of wine, salumi and all thing related to great service? Look no further... We are a new, intimate bistro/wine bar on Flinders Lane and looking for an energetic Barista/Bar/Waitperson to join our exceptional team

Nestled at the bottom of the 101 Collins Street tower, No. 100 is a modern bistro/wine bar that brings together two worlds; an upscale deli on one side, with an intimate bistro on the other. Designed to be a bit special, and to be enjoyed without the prerequisite of a long lunch, this offering steps outside the traditional expectations of a restaurant and the formality that is thought to come with higher quality dining.

No.100, Code Black Coffee's newest project, features a refined European inspired dining menu, along with an unexpected selection of seasonal sandwiches, salumi sliced fresh from the cabinet and a carefully curated wine list to match.

Yes, No. 100 is a wine bar and bistro - but we are also obsessed with exceptional coffee. We are looking for a vibrant and personable hospitality legend who has solid experience as a barista (further training and development provided); but who also is confident in section waiting.

If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, you thrive in a busy environment, and you are experienced in delivering exceptional customer service with an abundance of personality and flair, then we are the right crew for you

What you will bring:

- Personalised service to each customer - be able to read your customers and respond accordingly
- Previous experience as a barista in a high-quality and fast paced hospitality environment
- Demonstration of a good working knowledge of coffee making techniques
- Strong knowledge and interest in exceptional food and beverage
- Wine knowledge an advantage, but not essential
- An eye for detail and ability to communicate clearly, politely, and effectively with others
- A desire to work in a professional, structured, fun environment with plenty of laughs and a strong and dedicated team
