As a Waitperson and Host, your role is to ensure the ideal experience for every member when visiting the members bar & lounge. You will achieve this by providing high quality service, engaging with and getting to know our members.

You will have the unique opportunity to:

- Work in a teaM/Family like environment that encourages and fosters the entrepreneurial spirit and allows you to constantly improve your skills and our services
- Work from a luxurious members club with entertainment lounges and beautiful meeting and event spaces
- Build strong relationships with some of Australia’s top entrepreneurs and leaders, a truly inspiring and supportive environment

Your key responsibilities are:

- Managing bookings during lounge/bar hours
- Taking orders and serving beverages to members
- Use of POS system to manage tabs and take payments
- Clearing tables, polishing glassware and other general tasks
- Restocking of the bar & completion of the Clubhouse closing checklist
- Locking and ensuring the venue in secured at the end of the shift

Your key traits and experience:

- Waitstaff experience
- People person
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and have complete ownership over your role

Your ability to connect with our members and build valuable relationships are key in fulfilling the role to the best standard. This role is perfect for a seasoned Hospitalty professional that is looking for additional hours, and may be interested in progressing into a more corporate role over time.
