Abacus is on the look out for Baristas **who are crazy about coffee** (with all rounder experience) **to join our TEAM in our **CBD & Emporium Melbourne venues.

Started off on Chapel Street, Abacus is considered pioneers in the Melbourne coffee game and are continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to creating a unique Melbourne coffee experience. We roast our own coffee and we are aiming to be the industry leaders in ethically and sustainably sourcing beans to create cult-favourite flavours and blends that our customers have come to love.

We want _**baristas**_ who are coffee obsessed and passionate about their craft. State of the art coffee venues, in an Insta worthy location catering to travellers expecting the BEST coffee experience with a Melbourne styled food menu and if you’re looking for the next step in your career and are as coffee crazy as we are, then this is your new role

**Must be able to work between the hours of 6am - 2pm with availability on weekdays.**
- **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**_
- Demonstrated experience in a Barista role within a fast-paced retailer
- Coaching and training new team members to create high quality coffee
- Outstanding knowledge on all things coffee
- Ability with coffee art
- Experience in a F&B environment i.e. serving & light food and snacks
- Coffee machine maintenance and care
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to create relationships

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
