Our electrical contracting business looking for a for an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team
The position is based in Alexandria & 5 days per week.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles
**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in a customer service position
- Knowledge of the construction electrical industries/construction industries
- Experience in Simpro (or other job management system) and Xero. Successful applicant will also be trained.
- Experience in scheduling & bookings
- Previous debt collection experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: From $30.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alexandria NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative management: 2 years (preferred)
