This is a key leadership position that will guide and strengthen the Aboriginal Health Clinical Network, ensuring Aboriginal voices, values, and cultural governance are embedded across our health services. The role works closely with Aboriginal clinicians, community representatives, and our partners in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) to co-design care that is culturally safe, community-led, and grounded in connection to Country. You’ll help drive implementation of the NSW Aboriginal Health Plan 2024-2034 and Closing the Gap reforms, ensuring these commitments translate into real outcomes and improved experiences for Aboriginal people across our District. - (Uncle Franks)_ ** About You** You are a proud Aboriginal leader with a strong commitment to improving health outcomes for our people.
