We are an established, charity-focused call center based in the well-connected area of Brendale, right beside the train station, with ample parking facilities.

We offer an array of full-time and part-time employment opportunities, coupled with end-of-week lunches and a vibrant community of fervent fundraisers from diverse backgrounds. Get ready to be part of the leading contact center in the region.

We're strictly against cold calling. The individuals we connect with are either existing supporters of our partnered charities or individuals seeking relevant information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily outbound calls and a minor proportion of inbound calls with existing charity supporters.
- Raising crucial funds for the organizations we support.
- Prioritizing supporter care over sales transactions.
- Resilience, enthusiasm, and a vibrant spirit.
- A positive outlook and eagerness to learn and expand horizons.
- Self-motivated within a collaborative setting.
- Ability to work a 9 day fortnight (75 hours & a long weekend every other weekend).
- A genuine passion for making a difference.
