**_ The Role_**
- As the Workforce Operations Manager - Home Care, you will oversee and lead workforce allocation practices within Home Care, ensuring we have skilled personnel to deliver high-quality care and services. You will be a key contributor to the Home Care leadership team, working collaboratively to meet organisational goals._

**_ Primary Responsibilities:_**

**_ Rostering & Scheduling:_**
- Implement and oversee efficient scheduling practices._
- Leverage software systems to reduce manual work and enhance rostering capabilities._
- Manage planned and unplanned leave with mínimal impact on service delivery._

**_ Payroll:_**
- Support the Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing._

**_ Leadership and Culture:_**
- Provide high-quality leadership and foster a positive team culture._
- Model organizational values and promote continuous improvement and innovation._
- Enhance safety culture and engage in strategies to improve performance._

**_ Customer Service:_**
- Address and resolve complaints related to scheduling services promptly and effectively._

**_ Financial and Business Performance:_**
- Monitor KPIs to oversee scheduling team performance and identify areas for improvement._
- Share information and seek support to enhance performance._

**_ Compliance and Risk Management:_**
- Ensure adherence to Quality Standards and implement an audit program._

**_ Project Leadership:_**
- Lead and participate in projects to deliver timely and cost-effective outcomes._

**_ About You_**
- To succeed in this role, you should have experience in senior management-level rostering/scheduling and possess strong leadership skills. Analytical and decision-making abilities are crucial for understanding and responding to business performance information related to workforce management._

**_ Essential Criteria:_**
- _Evidence of COVID-19 and current Flu vaccinations as per Amana Living policies_
- _Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)_
- _Successful completion of pre-employment form and reference checks_
- _Willingness to undergo a Bankruptcy check_
- _Western Australian C Class Driver’s Licence_
