The Opportunity:
Due to a recent company integration, we have an opportunity for an experienced Treasury Operations Administrator to join the Dexus Finance team on a 12 month Fixed Term contract, to support in the delivery of both Integration and BAY activity

The role:
The Treasury Operations Administrator will provide support in the delivery of efficient operational processes in terms of treasury transaction processing, confirmations and settlements, cash management and loans administration.

This role will also provide general support to the Treasury Operations Manager in the execution of project based and other general administration tasks in order to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the Treasury Operations function.

How you’ll make an impact

As Treasury Operations Administrator, the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Daily transactional processing checking, mainly timely and accurate settlements of FX, interest payments and loans (drawdown, rollovers and repayments)
- Provide support for the settlements of all treasury transactions
- Support funding requirements across Dexus, setup and manage bank accounts, maintain authorised signatories, daily processing of treasury transactions, facilitate the settlement of property acquisitions and disposals, monitoring and optimizing cash positions.
- Assist with the maintenance of bank relationships, transactional banking services, and management of bank guarantee facilities
- Assist with daily cash reporting and forecasting and reconciliations for Dexus and Third-Party funds

About you:
You will be tertiary degree qualification in Accounting, Economics or Business-related studies; or be able to demonstrate experience in a Treasury Operations role within a Corporate Treasury Team or Bank environment.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

- Understanding and experience within middle and/or back office treasury functions
- Prior exposure to Treasury functions within a property or financial services environment advantageous
- Experience using FSI integrity, Quantum or Yardi is preferred.
- Working knowledge of transactional banking and system integration
- Proactiveness and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Team orientated, collaborative and supportive
