Treasury Systems Manager

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, you will be responsible for Global Treasury Systems operational system administration including configuration, user management, data integrity and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage all Treasury operational system administration requirements, including Treasury management systems, and clearing & settlement systems including Reval, FXAll, plus internal systems such as Enablon and Service Now.- Provide support to Banking Systems Analyst for transactional banking administration across Lendlease banking platform Trax and all banking portals.- Support the global Treasury teams in use of Treasury systems and provide advice on optimal use of the systems.- Manage relationships with business units regarding governance and administration requirements including access rights for systems users and authorisers.- Resolve escalated customer queries.- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders in supporting systems implementations & upgrades related to Treasury and drive continuous improvement initiatives in relation to the Treasury Systems processes, tools and systems.- Oversee and when required, review Treasury Systems documentation and supporting procedures and ensure all are accurate and up to date.

- Demonstrated experience in Treasury operations functions in a large and diverse multinational organisation, including transaction banking products and services, debt and hedge facilities administration, Treasury accounting, Treasury operations processes, controls and governance.-
- Property or investment management industry experience preferred.- Customer focused with the ability to develop excellent rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.- Detailed oriented and organised with ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make the complex simple in pursuit of clear deliverable.
