**Department Vision**

The Marketing Department at ICC Group works collaboratively to support marketing, promotions and communications for ICC Group across multiple channels. The team is responsible for developing marketing plans and projects across ICC Group business units to drive visitation and sales across all properties.

**About you and the role**

There is plenty to keep you engaged and contributing. Here's a taste of some of your duties:

- Assist with the development and implementation of the annual marketing plans and
- budgets including reporting and research for each property
- Take responsibility for projects as delegated by the Executive Manager
- Collaborate with wider marketing and operational teams to create high quality marketing
- promotions, projects and reporting
- Liaise with graphic designer/agency to brief and approve marketing collateral and artwork
- Contribute with creativity and flair to ideas for promotions and events and assist with
- development, planning and execution
- Prepare and proofread marketing copy, coordinate permits and promotional schedule
- Create, update and manage digital content, campaigns and projects across websites, SMS
- and EDM systems, Google AdWords, Swiftpos POS system and other related duties
- Ensure efficient and accurate communications from the Marketing Department
- Provide weekly & monthly updates on promotion and entertainment results We want to build your career and give you the exposure to a variety of service outlets and marketing initiatives.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Marketing or related degree qualified
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects to deadline
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
