**Who the Company is?**
**al.ive body**
The idea for the al.ive body range was born after Design Duo Alisa and Lysandra Fraser regularly struggled to source bathroom and kitchen styling products that complemented their finished projects, while also offering the product purity their clients expected. They found the personal care market was saturated with brands that placed major emphasis on either design aesthetic or product purity, but rarely did one brand achieve both.
So after 18 months of intense determination and exploration, the result is a personal care range aimed at the conscious consumer who values high-end design and demands product integrity.
The name, al.ive body, was inspired by the twins’ passion for environmental causes that help keep our planet ‘alive’, and incorporates the first initials of their names. As designers and entrepreneurs, Alisa and Lysandra are committed to positively influencing the personal care landscape, as well as raising awareness and giving back to the planet.
**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
With a growing team of 13, this role will be a critical in the next level of growth. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, this role will set the standard of sales success.
Leadership of key sales areas for the brand and delivery of strong results is critical to this role, including;
WHOLESALE/TRADE SALES
- Develop and demonstrate creative and strategic sales thinking to grow customer base and increase revenue.
- Nurture existing customer base and facilitate and secure replenishment orders.
- Leverage brand & product positioning to secure sales.
- Contribute to weekly/monthly/annual KPIs as determined by senior leadership team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Deliver the highest standard of customer service to wholesale/trade and wholesale-adjacent customers.
COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
- Receive, address and resolve customer complaints in line with customer service standard.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Review, develop and implement a process of continuous improvement in relation to our customer experience to foster engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
- Assess and secure new wholesale/trade customers in line with business and brand strategy, brand aesthetic guidelines and trade postcode exclusivity agreement.

- Prior experience in a sales and/or customer service role is favourable.
Desirable
- Experience managing customer accounts in order to maximise sales.
- Experience using customer service software, databases and tools.
- Experience using Shopify.
- A tertiary qualification in business / marketing / commerce.
