We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate **Program Manager** at **Warringa Park Specialist School - Warringa Crescent**to lead the OSHC program in a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

**About The Role**:

- Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child in a specialist school setting.
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Career development and progression pathways
- **Monday to Friday
- no weekend work**

**About You**:

- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Previous experience in the disability support and childcare sector.
- Previous experience with training, coaching and management of a large team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Employee **Working with Children Check**valid in Victoria.
- Willing to obtain valid **HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting**.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check
