**The Organisation**
anzuk is working with a client who operates two OSHC services and is looking for someone to take over their Outside of Hours programs. The client is very community focused and believes in quality after hours programs alongside their OSHC services.
**The opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to further develop your career with a Prestigious Independent School in the OSHC sector. As the Extend Manager you will be assisting the coordinators to grow and develop their skills sets.
The core function of this role is to build the After Hours activities and support two OSHC services. You will be community focused, looking to grow and create a vision for this client. You will be knowledgeable in the NQF, Regulations and legislation across OSHC. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package and will have the opportunity for professional development and promotional opportunities as the organisation grows.
**Who you will be**
You will be Diploma qualified with experience working as a Coordinator or Director of Service in the OSHC Sector. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to coach and mentor staff and have experience in written, reviewing and implementing QIP.
**Suitable applicants must have**:
- Diploma of Children Services
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Right to work in Australia
