Based in our North Ryde office, the HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact in the resolution of operational generalist HR enquires and issues. You will play a central role across HR initiatives and be responsible for driving communication of key HR events.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role of the HR Advisor Position is to
- Provide support and coaching to frontline leaders on field sales employee lifecycle matters
- Partner with stakeholders to provide IR / ER advice regarding matters such as grievance and investigations, EA and contract, employment law and policies and procedures, and employment relations matters
- Support and guide leaders in training and capability initiatives to support internal progression, development and succession planning
- Support & guide leaders through employee engagement initiatives
- Recruitment & Selection

About You
The successful applicant will have a natural approach to interacting with key business leaders, as you seek to understand what is going on at a deeper level.
- Broad generalist HR experience
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong business acumen and a good understanding of the commercial implications of HR decisions
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A passion for building relationships, strong communication skills and a collaborative style
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
