SALES/LEAD GENERATOR ROLE:
**About us**:
All Skills College is a leading provider in vocational training and education services. We offer a range of technical and trade qualification pathways, that allow students to gain the skills and knowledge they need to enhance their career, up-skill their current skills and knowledge, or to enter a new career. We offer courses for all construction based trades.

**About the role**:
Our Sales team handle all of the initial contact with our prospective students. You will need to cold call at least 150 people per day to generate leads for the sales managers to close, as-well as following up on previous leads which did not close. These positions are not limited and you will have room to grow to reach your full potential and become a sales manager based on KPI’s, punctuality, work ethic, customer rapport and reliability.

We will rely on you to create a positive experience of initial interaction with all customers and provide support to the sales managers.

You will receive Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses based on KPI’s

**About you**:
Driven and motivated to excel in your position. You are eager to learn and are a great teammate and communicator.

You have great customer service skills and are able to form good relationships with customers. You are a problem solver and will take full ownership of the responsibilities of your role.

You have proven sales experience and are able to perform under pressure.

**Other skills and experience**:

- Basic use of a computer (Essential)
- Basic use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc.) (Essential)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to handle large payment amounts

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus
