Located in the heart of the City, with 306 bedrooms the Duxton Hotel is a 5-star Hotel specialising in Accommodation, Food & Beverage, and Conference & Events.

We are continuously refurbishing, to competitively remain the market leader in terms of occupancy, profitability, and guest experience. The Duxton Hotel promotes a healthy work/life balance, and in the Front Office we are a strong team that works together for a common purpose to exceed guest expectations. Focused on our staff, we offer numerous programs to recognise their contributions and help grow skills for the diligent.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, organised and team-focused Concierge to join our friendly Guest Services Team. As a part of the Guest Services Team, you will have a critical impact on forming guests’ first and last impressions.

**Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting Guests on arrival and departure
- Provision of valet parking
- Handling of Guests’ luggage
- Management of driveway logistics and presentation
- Maintaining up to date information on all hotel services
- Imparting recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and landmarks in the hotel vicinity
- Providing support to the Concierge team as required in cases of emergency
- Possible room service
- Current full **Manual **_C-Class Western Australian_ Driver’s License
- Ability to carry out manual handling
- _Australian National Police Clearance,_ no more than 3 months old
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, mornings, and nights
- Exceptional grooming and a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for providing superior customer service experience
- Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate isan advantage
- A conscientious attitude and openness to learning
