- London House
- and Parmelia House

**Working hours -** Monday to Friday 0800-1630

**Salary -** Level 4 SSIA + Allowance

Established in 2015, Iconic Security PTY Ltd a division of Iconic Property Services Pty Ltd is a Western Australian owned company who provide a wide range of integrated services across Security, Cleaning, Facilities Management, Property Maintenance and Emergency Response. We service multiple business sectors, including the Private sector, Government, Retail, Commercial and Corporate.

**What are the duties?**
- Bespoke Concierge experience
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and asset users
- Provide daily tenant support
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems including lifts
- Produce/ remove access cards for incoming/outgoing tenants
- Provide daily contractor liaison and support
- Ensure inductions are completed
- Daily management for all keys and access cards
- General Security and patrolling of the asset
- Event planning (support)
- Facilitate lifestyle services such as, tenant event bookings, chauffeur hire, dry cleaning dispatch, vehicle valeting
- Maintaining order and safety of all asset users
- Lock and unlock the asset(s)
- Provide incident reports for all notable occurrences
- Respond to emergency situations

**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who has the highest of professional standards
- Previous and similar type Concierge (Security) experience (4 + years desirable)
- Exemplary presentation
- Must be able to work autonomously and be proactive
- Great communication skills and thoroughly enjoys supporting others daily
- You must be physically fit, enjoy being on your feet and interacting with the public
- You must have full Australian working rights
- Current WA Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Fully vaccinated (x3)
- Previous Concierge experience highly desirable in ‘Premium’ or ‘A’ grade assets
- WA - Security Agents Licence 50505_

**Salary**: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
