**About the role**:
Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Plan and manage daily workflow
- Manage a small team of 2 to 4 employees
- Using the forklift to assist the team with their duties
- Work alongside the team to complete duties within their timeframe
- Ad hoc supervisor and managerial duties as required

**About the requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise a high volume of work
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Superior planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a supply chain or distribution role
- Experience leading a team in any capacity
- Current forklift ticket
