As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled **Hotel Service Manager** to lead our service delivery operations and elevate the guest experience, reporting to the Head of Operations.

**About the Role**

As the **Service Manager** based at our **South Brisbane Head Office**, you’ll play a key leadership role in supervising and coordinating hospitality service workers. This includes overseeing contractor service functions, commercial housekeeping, and guest service operations. You'll ensure high-quality service standards are maintained while managing team schedules, resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of hospitality service workers including commercial housekeepers, all-rounders, and contractors.
- Manage work allocation, attendance records, rosters, and staffing requirements.
- Lead and support service operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Address employee concerns and ensure positive team morale.
- Liaise with other managers to coordinate cross-functional operations.
- Undertake additional duties as required by management.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven experience in a hotel or property operations environment in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with front office systems and hospitality service standards.
- Sound understanding of WHS regulations and service quality frameworks.

**Qualifications**
- Current or on-going **hospitality qualification** or a related field,
- At least **two years of on-the-job training** or relevant work experience at a comparable skill level.

Pay: $73,150.00 - $75,000.00 per year
