**About the Role**:
The Regulatory Compliance team is a second line of defence function within our Group Legal & Governance function. It provides independent regulatory advice, management reporting, breach determination and manages the engagement between external regulators and the business in relation to compliance and enforceable matters for our Customer Business Unit.

We have an opportunity available within this for a Compliance Leader to lead a small team of Compliance Advisors in the provision of practical and pragmatic advice to our Retail business and will provide oversight and guidance on regulatory interpretation and incident & breach determination.

**We invite expressions of interest from individuals who have;**
- Degree/tertiary qualifications in business or a related field
- At least 5 years' experience in a compliance advisory capacity, and additional leadership experience of a compliance function is required
- Previous experience in disseminating complex information to a range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Australian energy sector and retail regulatory environment
- Excellent communication skills
