
System & Compliance Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems & Compliance Specialist to join us the help manage and maintain the workforce management system suite of products across The Star Entertainment Group.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completion of all payroll requirements across the group which includes pay processing, adjustments to team member pay and any investigations
- Ensure the suite of products for workforce management (virtual roster, time manager, pit manager) are all maintained and kept up to date
- Become an expert user of the virtual roster system - understand the system in adequate detail to answer any queries from stakeholders
- Administration, configuration and management of user access, security profiles and user groups in the rostering management system.
- Ensure all allocated rostered team members records are accurate and maintained in the rostering management system ensuring all team member movements and resignations are recorded

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Proven experience in rostering systems, including virtual roster
- Experience working in the gambling and casino industry
- Tertiary qualification and understanding of HR policies, legislation and Enterprise Agreements
