We are looking for an administrator who can hit the ground running. This is a part-time role working within a small Product Management team. The role has flexibility in terms of how you'd like to work your hours - the split of days and work from home/office.

The role is administratively based and will perform a range of diverse tasks. This could include assisting with product enquiries from within the sales and support team, checking product selections in upcoming sales and assisting with team reporting. You'll be part of a collaborative team underpinning work across the development of a diverse range of products.

**What we are looking for**:

- Attention to detail and good record keeping
- Confidence and experience using Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to follow up with people in engineering, sales or marketing and escalate when necessary to ensure process is followed

Immersive Technologies is the global leader in operator training simulators for the mining industry. This role is based at our Head Office in Osborne Park, parking is provided and the office is conveniently located close to public transport.
