**About Us**
Pressed Earth is a locally owned juice company dedicated to crafting nutrient-rich, cold-pressed juices using only the freshest produce. We're passionate about health, sustainability, and quality—and we’re gearing up for our next stage of growth.

As we expand our product offerings, capabilities, and reach, we're looking for a **hands-on Production Manager** who shares our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence to help take us to the next level.

**The Role**
This is a key leadership position where you’ll be actively driving daily production, mentoring a small team, and helping to scale our processes as we grow. You’ll play a vital role in refining systems, identifying inefficiencies, and improving productivity as we move into our next phase.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and coordinating daily production and packing operations
- Managing and mentoring the production team for consistent, high-quality output
- Implementing systems and processes to support growth and scalability
- Scheduling and coordinating raw materials, labour, and production resources
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Supporting and contributing to preventive maintenance and equipment care
- Championing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales and logistics to meet business targets

**You bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in food/beverage production or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- A practical, continuous improvement mindset
- Solid knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices
- Great organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift licence or mechanical aptitude (a plus)
- A desire to be part of a business that’s growing and evolving

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
