**The Role**:
The sole purpose of this role is to oversee and lead our Venue Managers, supporting them in the running of their venues, providing exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring productivity and efficiency while seeking to reduce costs. Reporting into the Director, you will run the day-to-day operations and guide key management to complete their individual tasks to achieve company-wide goals.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the forecasting, writing & publishing of all departmental rosters in Deputy, within budget
- Continuously working within venues and supporting the sites in their day-to-day service
- Checking Daily Labour and Sales, pushing and driving those sales, and ensuring targets are being met
- Cost control and analysis on PNL, rosters, labour, and all general operations of Venues
- Work inter-departmentally to identify opportunities, develop and implement sales initiatives for the venues, including menu
- Ensure activities meet with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care
- Venue Maintenance - managing the venue logbooks, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations, venue audits, and walkthroughs
- Communicate and set job expectations to the venue management team - regular performance meetings
- Ownership of bi-annual performance reviews utilising Goal Sheets/Targets
- Deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service, and ensure all staff and managers do the same
- Oversee all customer complaints to ensure the customers are being positively responded to and satisfied
- Drive customer loyalty with customer experience monitoring and management
- Liaise with the Director regarding all operational development, and ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes, and achievements
- Monitoring management expenses, allowances, and monthly credit cards

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- hospitality management: 1 year (preferred)
