**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the operations of a small warehouse, inventory, and stock control, receiving, dispatching and delivery of goods. You will be working closely with the rest of our diverse team to meet desired results and KPIs.
- Manage your time and resources for the entire distribution process.
- Receipt and despatch of goods.
- General administrative tasks.
- Organise daily activities in the warehouse.
- Check received goods are correct.
- Organise, track, and confirm dispatched products and orders across multiple IT platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years operational experience in warehouse & admin operations
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing/supply chain
- Physically capable of manual handling of bulky goods
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people skills, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Install required parts to equipment using hand tools, from time to time.
- Competent with MS Outlook, Word and Excel and online platforms

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (required)
- order processing or admin: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
