HPI are currently on the lookout for a Child Care Trainer & Assessor on a Casual Basis.

HPI is a Registered Training Organisation and we deliver training in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability), Accounting and Bookkeeping and Early Childhood Education and Care. Our office and training rooms are located in Cannington.

**We are seeking**:

- **An Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer and Assessor**

**Duties**:

- Provide best practice training and assessment to students of the RTO
- Ensure legislative requirements are completed, including finalising and marking assessments
- Maintain accurate and appropriate electronic records and complete day to day administration including enrolment and funding paperwork
- Ensure students have the required support successfully complete their course of study or professional development
- Commitment to continuous improvement and maintenance of professional and vocational competency.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills along with an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in compliance requirements including ASQA Audits

**Skills and Experience**

Essential:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 or equivalent
- Degree and/or Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Education regulatory requirements, legislation and the National Quality Standard
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to meet the needs of learners from diverse cultural, social and economic backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible work hours to facilitate training
- Current Working with Children Clearance and Police Clearance

**Desirable**:
Previous RTO experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
