**The position is a full-time, non-contact role, working a 38-hour week.**

Mulberry Tree Kids Club - **Cannington** has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated **Kids Club Manager** to join our team. We are seeking a high performing leader with the drive to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and their families and has experience to lead the service to provide high - quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).

**Who you are**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Children's Service (Education and Care) or an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid Certificates.
- Current WWCC.
- Knowledge and understanding of My Time, Our Place Framework.
- Understanding of Childcare Regulations and Law.
- A Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, children, families and community.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Inspiring leader and positive role model.
- Personal and professional aspirations to make the childcare industry that of a high professional standard.
- A willingness to be a part of the bigger picture.
- A readiness to go above and beyond for the children and families.
- A passion to make a difference in every child's learning journey.
