We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as our
PCGS Coordinator & Customer Service Representative.
Roxbury's is looking for a detail-driven coordinator who can run our
PCGS coin and banknote submission pipeline end-to-end while also being the first point of contact for clients at reception.
This is a full-time position.

We're Australia's only official PCGS partner and the creators of the Cotton & Co. coin rolling program, offering collectors simple ways to elevate and protect their collections.
About PCGS
Based in the US, Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) is the largest third-party coin grading service in the world. Roxbury's is Australia's official PCGS Submission Centre, handling customer submissions from all around Australia and coordinating the grading process in collaboration with PCGS.
What you'll do
- Schedule and manage PCGS customer appointments and internal submissions
- Track grading submissions from intake to distribution
- Handle customs entry/exit and maintain clear compliance records
- Greet and serve visitors, manage calls/emails, and keep reception running smoothly
- Represent the PCGS Submission Centre at trade shows across Australia
What you'll bring
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate logistics and time-critical workflows
- A proactive mindset for continuous process improvement
- Experience in customer service
- Confidence with computer programs, especially Microsoft Excel and other web-based tools; quick to learn new systems
