**Join Australia's most innovative digital team as a Social Media Strategist**

Are you a social media mastermind with a passion for creating compelling campaigns that drive sales and engagement? Nexigen Digital is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our award-winning team.

**The position**
- Take full ownership of end-to-end campaign management and implementation, ensuring all client objectives are met.
- Act as our client's first point of contact, providing advice and support regarding the best placement for their business and promptly responding to queries and questions.
- Drive various paid social strategies to increase leads and sales for our clients, utilizing analytics and data reporting to optimize campaign success.
- Manage and maintain several clients' social media pages, ensuring that all stakeholders are regularly updated on campaign performance and analysis.
- Develop creative and innovative social media content, including designing and creating advertising material, writing advertising copy, and developing advertising strategies.
- Is prepared and happy to work full-time hours from our office in Narre Warren.

**The right person (is it you?)**
- Minimum of 2 years of social media management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving client leads and sales.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with diverse clients, ideally with experience in Meta/Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design and editing skills would be ideal but not necessary.
