_**YT Auto is looking for a vibrant, motivated, and creative individual to join our growing team of Youtube experts**_

Our company creates, scales, and manages profitable Youtube channels. This role is for a critical thinker who is keen to learn and work within a team to create and post relevant and engaging content.

We entertain and educate online audiences on YouTube by reaching millions of people each year with automated content, and want to bring someone into this role that can contribute to expanding our creative capacity.

**Your duties would include but not be limited to**:

- Uploading and scheduling videos to youtube channels
- Planning and scheduling your own independent list of channels for the week/fortnight ahead
- Understanding and assessing whether videos match the thumbnails and titles
- Assessing channel analytics and monitoring topics that are scheduled and lined up for production
- Working alongside our editing team to ensure videos are ready and lined up for posting
- Finding and spotting new pop culture trends
- Uncovering ideas and new topics that we can create content around
- Brain mapping a topic or niche to help us make unique content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $28.50 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NARRE WARREN, VIC 3805: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
