**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Finance** **Administrator** to join our** Walkley Heights, SA **team as a Senior Contracting Services Officer. This position works with the DM Roads Contract Service Officers, the Senior Contract Finance Officer, Finance Business Partners, and Operations/Project Managers to ensure the financial administrative requirements of the contract are achieved for DM Roads to sustain growth and aid business performance.
**ABOUT YOU**
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a finance/administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
- A tertiary level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline (favourable).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactiveness and foresight to identify continuous improvement that builds operational excellence.
- Prior exposure to Project Financial Claims and reporting
- The ability to coordinate multiple administration and financial tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision.
- Proficiency in dealing with suppliers from initial setup right through to resolving invoice issues and matching invoices for payment.
- JDE Experience (highly desirable).
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
