**About the Role**

Seaview High School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the school’s executive leadership group, you will play a central role in ensuring the efficient operation of financial, administrative, and corporate services—enabling our educators to focus on what matters most: student learning and wellbeing.

The Business Leader supports the Principal by managing finances, resources, administration, and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth operations that align with the school’s strategic goals and support student outcomes.

- Participate on committees in an administrative, advisory, coordinating or organising role.
- Undertake special projects/problem solving exercises on behalf of the principal/s.
- Investigate and research specific issues and making recommendations.
- Provide expertise and advice to management, committees, and staff.
