The opportunity now exists for a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Sales team, based in NSW, ideally in the inner west or south coast, you will need to be enthusiastic about representing our brand, act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, and possess sound commercial acumen and a love of great beer
**Description**:
Based in NSW this role is primarily to focus on servicing our current customers and acquisition of new business within the NSW market by developing a well-planned call cycle encompassing current and targeted accounts. In-venue activations and customer education will form part of the daily role during customer calls.
Role and Responsibilities
Provides legendary service to Capital Brewing Co customers
Conduct quality control of Capital beers
Manages and executes of key national strategies with the support of the Sydney and National Sales Managers
Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve set sales targets
Identifies new opportunities
Manages the relationship within key accounts by encouraging feedback, maintaining appropriate contact and striving to ensure that the customer needs are fully understood at all times.
Effective plans sales calls prior to communicating with accounts or leads, setting clear objectives for each call to maximise the opportunity for a sales conversion
Plans, coordinates & executes industry events supported by the Sydney and National Sales Manager as required
Represent Capital Brewing Co at industry and consumer events as required
Creates and maintains an effective call cycle to ensure appropriate communication with all active accounts and leads to maximise sales opportunities
Uses and maintains customer information in CRM to effectively carry out duties and communicate key information with colleagues and manager
Works with Sales Manager to set achievable sales targets which support the future growth of the business and achieves agreed upon goals with the support of the Sales Manager
Make suggestions for improvement as appropriate
Key Performance Indicators
All designated tasks are completed in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines and producing work to a consistently high standard
Accurate notes recorded in Sales Force
Achieves growth targets
Identifies new account opportunities, records accurately in SalesForce, and inserts into call cycle for regular calls.
Develops and maintains an active new business pipeline
**Skills and Experiences**:

Previous sales experience/target-driven role
Full drivers license
Enthusiasm with the ability to build rapport and build on relationships
Experience within the craft beer market/beverage market would be advantage
