Technical Learning Consultant Ii

Cerner is looking for a Technical Learning Consultant II to join the Change and Learning team in Australia. Location is flexible and you can reside in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organisation of Cerner Consulting.
- You will be part of a dynamic international team in which collaborative working will be paramount. As well as delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.
- As a Technical Learning Consultant II here at Cerner, you will be a part of the International Change and Learning team and will be accountable for leading technical course instruction. Along with delivering an appropriate learning curriculum, in person and/or via online platforms to meet business needs, you will also cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives, coordinate course content reviews, and address design and configuration feedback to the larger international organisation. Furthermore, you will evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes, consult with and coordinate between Cerner and client leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies, and manage operational reporting and administrative tasks related to Client Education such as responding to client requests or scheduling additional courses.
- Working with the client, you will be creating a strategic plan to obtain value achievement across technical education programs for the client's information technology and project teams to promote growth, development, and adoption.
- You may also be asked to travel within Australia, and/or work occasionally virtually in another time zone.

**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years related of work experience
- Plus 2 year’s completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:

- 1 year in learning/adult education, project/program management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with Cerner Millennium Products
- Experience working in a Healthcare setting, ideally, within IT

**Expectations**:

- Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed to support international clients
