**About the role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Projects Administrator to work in our projects team based at Hindmarsh, SA in a full-time role.

**A typical day will involve**
- Taking ownership of customer orders, including handling incoming sales calls; attending to requests to ensure timely management of project deliveries.
- Working as the conduit between the customer and the supplier to deliver successful projects.
- Pro-active customer/supplier backorder follow up.
- Processing customer/supplier product returns.
- Support to the wider Projects Team.

**A bit about you**
- A passion for providing great customer service
- Exceptional communication, time management & organisational skills.
- The ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills with MS Excel as well as a sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems.
- Administration experience desired
- Project lighting knowledge desirable, but not essential.
