**About the Role**

We're currently looking for a passionate Physiotherapist, ideally experienced in Aged Care & Rehabilitation. Your purpose as the Team Lead is to provide leadership and operational oversight to a team of allied health practitioners within a defined geographic region, with the view of delivering high quality care.
- Provide leadership and day to day management to the team.
- Work is carried out across sites at various locations.
- Travel to one regional site when needed - travel covered.
- This includes providing contemporary feedback, education, mentoring and clinical advice.
- Participate in the recruitment process, induction and orientation.
- Act as a senior mentor & participate in the company Coaching & Welfare program to support those within your allocated team to continue to be engaged and promote staff retention.
- Assist in ensuring rosters support program delivery and scheduling of community based client programs within the region.

**Selection Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPRA & NPC
- Current and clean drivers licence, along with a reliable vehicle
- Minimum 2 years exp. in a leadership role or senior role
- Evidence of providing clinical intervention
- A holistic approach to care and quality customer service
- Ability to travel outside the geographic area for short periods
