**About this Position**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join the People and Culture team. As a trusted business partner, the roll delivers customer-centric service delivery support to business units, providing expert guidance on the range of employment lifecycle activities including recruitment and retention, employee relations, workforce planning and performance management. The role supports change and building a reputation for quality decision making.

This position operates as a HR generalist across the full employee lifecycle, partners with specific stakeholders to provide advice and support for the cohort and works collaboratively within the People and Culture team.

**Key areas of accountability for the role**:

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver the full life cycle of employee services to employees ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations issues including disciplinary and performance matters, building a positive performance culture
- Provide confidential and specialist support to managers and employees

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in a HR related discipline or demonstrated HR business partnering experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer-centric employee services and employee relations services
- Well-developed understanding of employment legislation, regulation and contemporary workforce management practices
- Demonstrated ability to be solutions-focused and flexible to adapt and respond in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support service outcomes
- Demonstrated experience working with Human Resources Information Systems

**Full Time Opportunity**:70 hours a fortnight

**Salary**: A salary range from $89,267 (Grade 15) per annum + superannuation
